Refund Policy


We currently don't offer refunds or exchanges.

Returns / Exchanges

We currently don't offer refunds for any working products.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at owner@daniel-services.com and we will assist you with the replacement.


We currently only offer replacements for unused non working products within the 24hr warranty period.


Replacements (if applicable)

Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.


Should any product differ then the product description, damaged, tampered with or defective a replacement shall be granted.

Digital Items

In the case of gift cards and discount codes the products must be redeemed by the customer before the expiration date which is listed in the product description page at the time of purchase. Any such digital item such as discount code, coupon code or gift card cannot be refunded or exchanged once its been redeemed.


Cancellations are not accepted currently.
